excellent breakfast opera house well-furnished room crowded elevator glass bathroom wall no privacy

the location is really good near the opera house. the room size was adequate, but the bed size was excellent. the room was well-furnished and decorated well. breakfast offered good quality items.

the elevator was singular, so it got crowded sometimes. waiting became necessary. the bathroom had a glass wall facing the room without a curtain. this offered no privacy.

my room was really spacious. the location was excellent, very central to everything. the staff acted kind. they are so helpful.

the elevator took some time. it seemed a bit busy and i had to wait.

a central place to stay

friendly staff breakfast variety faulty air conditioning no hot water

the staff members were super friendly when i had some questions. breakfast had such a large variety, that included eggs and also bacon. that was great!

the air conditioning didn't work properly for a bit but they got it sorted the following day. i also had troubles with the shower one day because there was no hot water at all!

The hotel location was central, near the main square. The breakfast had a great buffet with both sweet and savory choices. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I found the room comfortable.

The shower had lukewarm water on some days. I informed the reception, and they asked me to wait.

Fantastic Centrally Located Gem

The hotel is right in the center. It made getting around easy. The bathroom was great with thick towels. Fast WiFi worked well, it was very useful for planning my day. Breakfast had good quality food with many choices.

The hotel had only one elevator. I needed to wait for it sometimes.

My room, a double room, was very clean and well-equipped. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk everywhere. the staff helped with restaurant recommendations. They were very kind.

the location could not be better. it is close to the main square. it's less than a minute's walk. it is also about a five-minute walk from the luna bus stop.
